Our Mission
We aim to guide, consult, coach and mentor groups or individuals who are seeking to elevate their experience. Through customized retreats, workshops, one on one coaching, and virtual group facilitation we create authentic environments for connection and empower leaders to enact positive change. All programming will be executed in a manner that relies on experiential education principles and modalities. This will ensure that clients and participants experience deep learning rather than surface level exposure to truths. Our goal is to make these experiences transformational, consistent, and sustainable; avoiding all transactionality.

Meet Our founder
Jake Rainey is a leadership coach, culture strategist, and experiential learning consultant dedicated to scaling high-performing teams and driving sustainable organizational change. Grounded in intentionality, Jake specializes in designing transformational experiences that foster deep human connection, resilience, and authentic trust within groups.
A Certified Life and Engagement Coach holding a Master’s Certificate in Experiential Learning and Development, Jake blends strategic consulting with rapport-driven facilitation. His diverse background spans directing large-scale leadership initiatives for organizations like ISEEN and Key School, designing wellness retreats, and leading complex wilderness expeditions.
Jake’s track record for cultivating growth-oriented, winning cultures extends to competitive athletics, where he coached three programs to championships and earned Colorado’s 2A and Private School Coach of the Year honors. Fluent in French and Spanish with experience traveling to over 30 countries, Jake leverages a truly global perspective to help teams navigate complex challenges through curiosity, adaptability, and deep human connection.
