Our Mission
We aim to guide, consult, coach and mentor groups or individuals who are seeking to elevate their experience. Through customized retreats, workshops, one on one coaching, and virtual group facilitation we create authentic environments for connection and empower leaders to enact positive change. All programming will be executed in a manner that relies on experiential education principles and modalities. This will ensure that clients and participants experience deep learning rather than surface level exposure to truths. Our goal is to make these experiences transformational, consistent, and sustainable; avoiding all transactionality.
DEIB Statement
At the heart of our retreats, coaching, and consulting services lies a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). We envision a transformative environment where every participant feels valued, respected, and empowered to share their unique perspectives. Our justice-informed approach fosters a culture of understanding and collaboration, ensuring that diverse voices are heard and integrated into the decision-making process. By embracing the richness of our differences, we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging that enhances learning and growth for all individuals involved. Through intentional practices, inclusive programming, and ongoing dialogue, we strive to create safe spaces that inspire innovation, challenge biases, and promote equitable opportunities. We are not perfect. We are always learning.
